Collaborate in Small Teams

With Citavi for Windows you can work with others on shared projects at the same time on a local network. You only need to save the Citavi project on a network drive that all team members can access.
Up to four people can work on a project at the same time on a local network.
If you save projects in the cloud, you can access them from anywhere in the world. And if your small team grows into a big team, it's no problem at all.

Citavi for Windows lets large teams across the world work together in a cloud project. Projects are saved on German servers in the Microsoft Cloud. There is no limit on the number of team members.
Citavi for DBServer was designed for larger teams in organizations. DBServer projects are saved on an SQL server and can be used with concurrent and/or per-seat licenses. An administrator manages licenses and assigns project roles to individual team members.

In Cloud and DBServer projects, you can assign various roles and privileges: administrator, project leader, author, and reader.

Maintain an overview of internal processes. In Citavi you can always see who created or changed a record, and what was changed and when.
See which tasks are in progress or already finished.

Team members can also collaborate more closely and prepare and co-author publications.
